He was crowned in 1377 in the Monastery of Mileševa (now Serbia).

-TVRTKO II (*before 1382,+1443; illegitimate),

-STEPHEN OSTOJA (*c. 1378,+1418; illegitimate).

Died in 1391.

Buried in the Church of St Nicholas in Mile (demolished).

Father: Ninoslav of Bosnia.

Married HELENA (Jelena) Gruba (+after 1399; since 1395 queen regnant of Bosnia).

Died in 1395 in Kraljeva Sutjeska.

Father: King Tvrtko I of Bosnia.

Married firstly VITAČA. Repudiated in 1399.

Married secondly in 1399 KUJEVA Jablanić-Radinović (+1434). Repudiated in 1415.

Married thirdly before 1416 HELENA (Jelena) Nelipić (+c. 1422).

His issue who ruled:

-STEPHEN OSTOJIĆ (+1421; son of Kujeva),

-STEPHEN THOMAS (*c. 1412,+1461; illegitimate).

Deposed in 1404 and exiled in Hungary. Restored in 1409.

Died in 1418.

Buried in King's Chapel at Bobovac.

Overthrown in 1421.

Died in 1421.

Buried in King's Chapel at Bobovac.

 

 

1443-1461: STEPHEN THOMAS (Stjepan Tomaš Ostojić)

Born in c. 1412.

Father: King Stephen Ostoja of Bosnia.

Married firstly VOJAČA. Repudiated in 1445.

Married secondly in 1446 in Milodraž CATHERINE of St Sava (*c. 1425 Blagaj near Mostar,+1478 Rome).

His issue who ruled: STEPHEN TOMAŠEVIĆ (*c. 1438,+1463; son of Vojača).

Died in 1461.

Buried in King's Chapel at Bobovac.

His second consort Queen Catherine of St Sava was buried in the Church of Santa Maria in Aracoeli in Rome.

 

 

1461-1463: STEPHEN TOMAŠEVIĆ (Stjepan Tomaević)

Born in c. 1438.

Father: King Stephen Thomaš of Bosnia. Mother: Vojača.

Married in 1459 Princess HELENA (Jelena) Branković of Serbia, known as Queen Mary (*1447,+after 1489).

He was crowned in 1461 in the Church of St Mary in Jajce.

Died in 1463 (beheaded by the Turks).

Buried firstly in the Royal Grave on Hum Mound near Jajce, in 1888 reburied in the Franciscan Monastery in Jajce.
