Buried in the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Ghiara at Reggio nell'Emilia.

Her consort Duke Ercole III Rinaldo of Modena was buried in the Church of St Vincent in Modena.

Her issue who reigned:

-Maria Theresa (*1773,+1832; Queen of Sardinia),

-Maria Leopoldina (*1776,+1848; Electress of Bavaria),

-Francis IV (*1779,+1846; Duke of Modena),

-Maria Ludovica (*1787,+1816; Empress of Austria).

Deposed in 1796 by the French. Restored in 1815.

Died in 1829 in Vienna.

Buried with her consort Archduke Ferdinand in the Capuchin Church in Vienna.
